Buying Accessible Tickets
- Purchase wheelchair-accessible seating directly through the venue's official ticketing site — not third-party resellers
- Accessible seating sections typically include a companion seat at no additional charge
- Call the venue's accessibility line if you have specific needs (aisle access, transfer seating, etc.)
- Purchase accessible parking in advance — it sells out for major events
Transport Logistics for Large Events
Large events create significant traffic and parking challenges. Rideshare pickups after events can involve 30–60 minute waits, and accessible vehicles are rarely available on demand at that scale.
Elite Transport Club coordinates your arrival and departure around the event schedule — including the accessible drop-off entrance, post-event pickup timing, and any dining or additional stops before or after the event.
For post-event pickup, we recommend scheduling your driver to arrive 20–30 minutes after the event ends. This gives you time to exit the venue without rushing, and avoids the peak of post-event traffic.
Book Your Event Transport
Tell us the event, venue, and your accessible seating section. We'll coordinate the rest — including the accessible entrance, drop-off point, and return pickup.
