Timing: When to Schedule Your Pickup
For departures, we recommend scheduling your pickup at least 3 hours before your flight. MIA security lines and check-in processes take longer when traveling with mobility equipment, and airline wheelchair assistance requires additional coordination at the gate.
For arrivals, schedule your pickup for approximately 45–60 minutes after your scheduled landing time. This accounts for deplaning, baggage claim, and the time it takes to exit the terminal with a wheelchair.
